T-shirts: Measure use in hours.
Only use your nice t-shirts when you need them. Wear them for an hour or so when you're visiting an agency. As soon as you leave put on one of your crappy ones. That way you get your lame shirts dirty while keeping your good ones clean for as long as possible. (I feel like this should get me some kind of Nobel prize...)
Socks: 3 uses... maybe 4.
Socks are pretty low priority. Yea, in the real world... the world where you have easy access to a washer and dryer, it's gross to wear dirty socks. But in the broke traveling student world, no one can smell what's inside your shoes.
Jeans: Where them until you can smell them. Then it's time for a change.
